ModelFit is a functional fitness program based on the progressive workouts Justin Gelband creates for supermodel clients Irina Shayk, Miranda Kerr, Candice Swanepoel, Erin Heatherton, Anne Vyalitsyna, Kate Upton, Dominique Piek, Jessica Perez, Maryna Linchuck, Elsa Hosk, Julia Stegner, Behati Prinsloo, Linda Vojtova, Esti Ginzberg, Lily Aldridge and more.
ModelFIT is a fusion of fitness specialities including zumba, martial arts & functional training, capoeira, pilates and yoga. Designed to stretch, strengthen and tone your entire body, this class will firm up your thighs, flatten your abs, lift your butt and improve your balance, flexibility and core strength. We will train you to get your Model body. ModelFIT has been covered in Vogue Daily, T Magazine, Style.com, Harper’s Bazaar and Shape Magazine.
Classes are 45-50 min long and limited to just 10 clients. Sign up early as space is limited. At least two trainers are present at all times giving you the attention you need to get the most effective workout.

I wish they would have DVDs out or something to that effect. I read that most VS models train using this technique and hope it comes to a gym near me soon! 🙂
