Who do you think you are?

You are who you think you are, of course. So seemingly simple, yet many of us are plagued by negative thoughts, emotions, and concepts about ourselves and the world around us. Let’s get out of this rut! Stop beating yourself up about every little thing. None of us are perfect. Those that think they’re perfect are quite far from it. We make mistakes and take punches. The important thing is to keep sight of the life you want to live and move forward towards that destination.
