Fitness-Meals Aug 31

Accountability is the key to success.

I had a great w/out today 90 min! A mix of jogging, boxing, yoga, and pilates w/ band.

Bfast-1 cup Indian chai, 20 oz. breakfast smoothie/meal (1 banana, some grapes, aronia berries, 8 oz RWP, 2 tbs. “otrubi” (russian food) and 2 tbsp flaxmeal, 1 tbsp. cocoa, .5 tsp ginger, .5 tsp cardamon, 1 tbsp honey) Blended to perfection. I also had 1 small baked eggplant. Weird combination but I’ve been having a craving for eggplants so this morning I made a ton to eat throughout the day 🙂
