the day so far…

I was planning on going to the city but not without my morning workout:

-1.5 mile jog

-10 min plyometrics

-45 min kegel strength training

Diet:

bfast: green smoothie w/RWP, cottage cheese, baked apple, cup of raspberries, apple compote

lunch: buckwheat w/veggies, grapes, pine nuts…

more on that later.
