crazy busy

Seems counterintuitive but I’m quite busy today. I have 2 lessons lined up, some translator work, and a job hunt to begin! 🙂

Health Journal so far:

-bfast-herbal tea w/honey, raw milk shake w/various berries and raw cottage cheese, propolis, 10 apricot kernels

-snack-hot cocoa w/raw honey, apple

-lunch (to be had) borsh and piece of zapekanka

Workout:

-40 min jog, 40 min stretch and strength workout

-20 min meditation/pranayama
