Exercise: 20 min power walk, 30 min yoga/stretch, 50 min strength w/out

Food:

-bfast-protein smoothie (RWP, kefir, banana, sea buckthorn berries, ginger, cinammon), bee propolis, 10 apricot kernels, 14 hazelnuts, herbal tea w/honey

-lunch-large bowl of veggies w/chicken w/1 tbsp raw sour cream, 1 corn on cob, 1 cup RWP

-the in b/w meal-bowl of raw cottage cheese w/lots of cowberries, 1 cup kefir

-dinner-large bowl of buckwheat, lots of greens and veggies (seasoned w/himalayan salt, black pepper, asofotida, and curry) w/ 2 tbsp raw sour cream, 1 corn on cob, herbal tea w/honey

*all food is fresh, organic, and nothing processed is included
