It’s that time again-time to run in freezing weather!!,r:4,s:49,i:239

Ok Ok So I’m being overdramatic…I did do a 30 min tempo in 15 F weather today :))

Exercise: 15 min yoga, 30 min tempo run, 30 min strength training w/bands


meal 1: 10 apricot kernels, bee propolis, herbal tea w/raw honey, protein shake (sea buckthorn berries, raw kefir, RWP, banana)

meal 2: bowl of white beans w/greens

meal 3: bowl of rice w/assorted roasted veggies and bowl of greens

snacks: 20 pieces dried apricot, 1 apple, 1 corn on cob, hot cocoa, chocholate (indulgence time)

meal 4: bowl of white beans wgreens

that’s it so far…
