Health Journal 10.13.2012.

Exercise: 20 min yoga, 20 min boxing, 40 min strength training

Nutrition:

meal 1-cup of RWP, 10 apricot kernels, bee propolis, bowl of cornmeal, 4 small apples, handful of aronia berries, black tea w/raw milk

snack 1-hot cocoa w/raw honey and raspberry jam (sugar, I know, it’s soo hard to say no to it)

meal 2-quail egg omlette w/cheese and raw kefir, tons of greens, onions, garlic, and tomatoes, fresh carrots w/raw sour cream and a bowl of wild berries

yummy!

snack 2: pine nuts, wild berries, granola bar

meal 3: millet w/raw sour cream, black pepper, and homemade tomato sauce, 2 cloves garlic, kefir smoothie w/wild cranberries
