Workout: 40 min ashtanga, 1hr strength/boxing

meal 1-cottage cheese w/apricot kernels, RWP smoothie w/greens and kefir, green tea w/honey and homemade jam, 1/2 pomegranite

meal 2-1/2 pomegranite, 1 apple, 4 quail eggs, 1 cup RWP smoothie w/greens and kefir, large bowl of beet/carrot/potato salad

snack 1-hot chocolate w/honey and slice of zapekanka

snack 2-cup of RWP smoothie w/greeens and kefir, 1 apple

meal 3: bowl of assorted cooked veggies w/buckwheat, bowl of beet salad w/raw sour cream, 2 dark chocolate truffles :))

 

mood: somewhat bored…but in a good mood nonetheless 🙂
