Wake up time: 8:30…so late…

Mood: even, grateful šŸ™‚

evening: post workout high, most amazing feeling ever (or one of, lol šŸ˜‰
Exercise: 35 min ashtanga, 1hr strength w/bursts of cardio

Nutrition:

meal 1: bowl of millet w/beet salad, 10 apricot kernels, green tea w/honey, 1 cup RWP

meal 2: big bowl of stew (potato, veggies, greens, wild game)

snack 1: green tea w/lemon, pomegranite

meal 3: big bowl of same stew

meal 4 (to be had)-large power smoothie (RWP, greens, raw kefir, asofetida, cucumber, black pepper), large fruit salad bowl

Things are moving right along. I feel more toned in all the right places and more motivated than ever. šŸ˜‰ Here’s to my journey from skinny to fit! If I can do it…so can anyone…Well then again most ppl dont have trouble gaining it so I’m not sure how inspirational I am lol but at least I’m trying šŸ™‚
