Exercise: 35 min stretch, 1 hr w/out (cardio bursts and weights)
1: 10 apricot kernels, propolis, green tea, 1/2 persimmon, power smoothie
2: stew w/veggies, potatoes, greens, wild game and tbsp. raw sour cream
3: bowl of buckwheat w/salad and quail eggs
4: cottage cheese w honey and berries
