Woke up extra early today, well, before 6 like always. Did my stretches, meditation, etc. only to find out that the power is out once again so once my laptop dies what am I going to do all day? Hope it comes back again…

Exercise: 30 min stretch,  one hour plyo (20 min) and strength (40 min), 30 min walk

Meals:

1: 10 apricot kernels, herbal tea w/raw honey, propolis, power smoothie like always

2: 1/2 pomegranate, bowl of millet w/assorted veggies, side of cottage cheese w/dill

3: large bowl of “vinegerette” salad, fish w/lemon juice, herbal tea, chicory drink w/raw honey

snack 1: hazelnuts, chicory drink w/raw honey

4: green smoothie w/RWP, 1 persimmon, some “vinegerette” salad
