Early Morning Wake up Call!

Wake up and smell the roses 🙂

Exercise: 30 min stretch, 20 min plyo, 40 min pilates 🙂

Meals:

1: herbal tea w/honey and lemon, 10 apricot kernels, power smoothie

2: 1 apple, large bowl of “vinaigrette” salad (apple, cabbage, beets, carrot, potatoes)

3: bowl of buckwheat w/vegetable medley

snack 1: 1 avocado w/dill and himalayan salt

snack 2: 10 hazelnuts, 1/2 persimmon

4: bowl of buckwheat w/”vinaigrette” salad
