Exercise: 30 min stretch, long walk, 1 hr strength w/plyo training
1: propolis, herbal tea, 10 apricot kernels, power smoothie (RWP, raw kefir, cocoa, ginger, aronia berries, banana) yum 🙂
2: delicious bowl of steaming hot borscht to energize during the cold weather
snack 1: 6 large slices of roasted pumpkin. beyond delicious 🙂 herbal tea w/raw honey
yummy and full of vitamins!
