Almost forgot to post my health diary stats…The days have been flying by so fast.
Exercise: 1 hr w/out w/ weights and some boxing (got my 4 pounders yesterday :), morning walk
Bfast-large power smoothie (banana, cowberries, flaxmeal, RWP, homemade raw kefir), w/a side of pureed applesauce (homemade, organic), herbal tea w/honey and aronia jam
Lunch-egg w/greens, corn on cob (raw), 2 slices goat cheese, cup of homemade applesauce
Snack-herbal tea w/honey, licorice tea, pine nuts, 2 caramels, some RWP
Dinner-vegetable stew, corn on cob, raspberries, anything else yummy I might find :))
